Dining on Campus

There are a number of options for dining on campus. There are two campus cafeterias where a wide variety of delicious meals and snacks, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, are prepared by VIU's own Culinary Arts and Baking programs (Buildings 300 and 185).

The Discovery Room is a fine dining room open Monday to Friday for lunch and dinner. Food is prepared and served by students in the Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management programs. Reservations are recommended.
