How to Apply for Residence

Complete an application form and fax or email it to Western Student Housing along with the $50 application fee. See below for application and payment options. Apply to residence when you apply to Vancouver Island University.

All housing options are located on the Nanaimo Campus.

Please note: Your application is not considered complete until this fee has been received.

Application Options

Option 1:
Call or email and we will mail you an application form.

Option 2:
Print out an application form (pdf download). Fax this completed form to (250) 754-4291. Include your Visa, MasterCard or American Express number for payment of application fee in the designated area of the form.

Option 3 (Preferred):
Fill out the online form. Submit your application fee as per the following payment options.

Payment Options

Payment of application fee can be made by phoning or faxing the following information
to Western Student Housing:
    1. Your name
    2. Visa, MasterCard or American Express number
    3. Expiry date
    4. Name on Card
    5. Phone number
